It is my great pleasure, and a dream come true, to lead an amazing provision for children and young people with autism, which has a rooting in ABA and with each individual pupil’s potential at the heart. I feel very privileged to have the opportunity of being the Clinical Director of our new Beehive centre serving nursery and primary aged children with autism in London and surrounding areas. I have 16 years of experience working with children of all ages with autism using ABA and recently completed a PhD in ABA and autism. I am specialised in feeding interventions, toilet training and decreasing challenging behaviour while increasing functionally equivalent appropriate behaviours.
My vision is for all involved in a child’s life to work in close partnership, delivering outstanding teaching to enable each child to achieve their best potential.
At the Beehive this partnership will include: parents, behaviour analysts, speech and language therapists, occupational therapists and tutors.
Leading a centre is full of hard work and challenges but mostly it is filled with the rewards of seeing our pupils progress through challenges and achieve their goals while having fun!

I run a home and community-based ABA company that supports children and adults with Autism and other disabilities. Setting up a clinic or school has always been a passion of mine and I am delighted to be the Managing Director of Beehive. I am a BCBA who has specialised in reducing barriers to learning and increasing skills for young people to allow them to access every setting they can. I have been working in the field of learning disability for over 17 years and a BCBA for ten years. I have extensive experience as an expert witness at tribunal to help families secure the provision they need to support their loved ones. I truly believe that early intervention is key to supporting young people to grow into amazing individuals they are. Creative Behavioural Solutions stemmed from my passion to create a service that can meet the needs of all through the science of ABA, and the Beehive is the chance for me to extend this even further and to provide intensive early intervention services in a clinic setting.
We believe in joined up working with our families ensuring that the programs we develop are person centred and truly fit for purpose so that the child access everything they need.

My name is Beth and I am an ABA Supervisor at Beehive. I completed my masters in ABA and have worked in the field of ABA for three years now, working with the ages 4-11. I began as a tutor on a home program and continued as a tutor and then supervisor in a school setting. Now I am thrilled to be a part of the Beehive team to continue my passion of supporting individuals to decrease the barriers they face day to day to ensure they can access the world around them. I have a special interest in teaching tolerance to medical procedures.
