At Beehive, we offer evidence-based, individualised support to help children build meaningful skills and confidence. We combine direct one-to-one teaching, group learning opportunities, and parent support, all guided by experienced clinicians.
Most children begin with 1:1 teaching sessions, where learning is tailored specifically to them. These sessions are used to build skills quickly and confidently, such as communication, independence, learning readiness, and behaviour support.
Sessions can take place:
Each programme is carefully planned and overseen by a qualified professional to ensure progress is meaningful and appropriate for your child.
As children develop skills, we introduce small group sessions where appropriate. These give children the chance to:
Group sessions help children learn how to learn alongside others, in a safe and supportive way.
We work closely with parents and carers, offering guidance on:
Our aim is to help families feel confident and supported, not overwhelmed.
We are supported by a consulting Speech and Language Therapist (SLT) and Occupational Therapist (OT), who work alongside our ABA team to ensure each child’s programme is well-rounded and responsive.
Their role may include:
By working collaboratively, our ABA, SLT, and OT professionals ensure that support remains evidence-based, coordinated, and focused on your child’s individual needs.
If you have concerns that your child may be showing signs consistent with autism, you don’t need to wait for a formal diagnosis to get in touch. We’re happy to talk things through with you, either over the phone or when you visit us for a tour.
Following an initial conversation, we’ll recommend the most appropriate level of support and explain the next steps. If you decide to proceed, sessions can then be arranged.
Research shows that starting support as early as possible can help reduce developmental gaps and support skill development. However, children can benefit from intervention at any age. Teaching approaches and goals are always tailored to your child’s age, strengths, and individual needs.
Ongoing support and intervention in our clinic where we focus on teaching your child new skills and expanding their current abilities. We introduce communication and general teaching strategies based on assessment and person centred planning.
We can help your child with specific issues, such as expanding diet, toilet training, behaviour interventions or sleep. Our directors have a combined 30 years experience and Dr. Andrea specifically studied expanding restricted diets.
We run weekly group programmes focused on teaching social skills and group learning skills to children with ASD. Children learn a variety of social and behavioural skills that will help them interact with and learn from others. Instruction is provided on skills such as observational learning, social communication, reading social cues, and cooperative play. Additionally, these sessions focus on learning within a group format and build skills necessary for pre-school or school settings
We can support school and other organisations with their Autism Awareness and how they can support their young people with learning difficulties. Providing Autism training or positive behaviour support approaches to learning.
Beehive ABA can provide ABA tutor training to new and upcoming tutors or parents interested in becoming tutors themselves. We can also provide bespoke training to teaching assistants to support them in their work
We offer monthly training sessions for parents, educators, and professionals. Sessions are eligible for BACB CEUs and UKSBA SPD credits, cost £10 per CEU, and focus on practical skills you can use with confidence.
We provide supervision for those looking to become certified in the field of ABA, whether through the UKSBA or the BACB. We provide high quality supervision and support.
We offer individual and group training for home tutors or support staff, geared at teaching them how best to support your child with your home program, as well as more detailed training.
